Buyer FAQ
Answers to the most common questions from dealers, fleet operators, and export buyers.
Orders & pricing
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no strict minimum. We regularly supply from 1 vehicle upward. However, transport efficiency is optimised at 7–9 vehicles per full truckload, which is the most cost-effective option.
How are your prices structured?
All prices are net (exclusive of VAT), quoted in EUR. Pricing is typically EXW (Ex Works) or delivered, depending on the transaction. Each offer includes full vehicle specifications and delivery terms.
Can I negotiate on price?
Our pricing is data-driven and reflects real-time sourcing conditions. Volume, consistency, and payment terms all influence pricing. Long-term partners benefit from preferential conditions.
Delivery & logistics
How long does delivery take?
Average delivery time is 12 days from order confirmation. This includes sourcing, quality check, documentation preparation, and door-to-door transport with our own fleet.
Do you deliver to non-EU countries?
Yes. We handle export documentation, customs clearance, and container shipping to destinations in Africa, the Middle East, Asia, and South America.
Is transport insured?
Every shipment is covered by €2M cargo insurance. Our own branded carriers (Mercedes-Benz and Scania) ensure quality control throughout the transport chain.
Documentation & compliance
What documents come with each vehicle?
Every vehicle includes a Certificate of Conformity (CoC), commercial invoice with VIN details, CMR transport document, and vehicle brief (Fahrzeugbrief) where applicable. See our Documents & Compliance page for full details.
Is VAT included in your prices?
No. All prices are net. Intra-community deliveries are VAT-exempt under Article 138(1) EU Directive 2006/112/EC. Reverse charge mechanism applies — VAT is self-assessed by the buyer.
Warranty & quality
Are vehicles covered by manufacturer warranty?
Yes. All vehicles are brand-new, zero-km, with the full manufacturer warranty valid from the date of first registration in the buyer's market.
What if a vehicle is damaged in transit?
Every shipment is covered by €2M cargo insurance. In the unlikely event of transit damage, the issue is documented on delivery and resolved through our insurance process.
Trust & verification
How can I verify your company?
Visit our Transaction Verification page for direct links to the Bulgarian Trade Registry, EU VIES, Creditreform, EAIVT membership, and our ISO certification bodies.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (TT) to our Eurobank Bulgaria AD account. Pro-forma invoice issued before every shipment. For established partners, flexible payment terms may be available.
