New to wholesale vehicle sourcing? Here is everything you need to know before placing your first order with Autorent Europe.
We understand that buying wholesale vehicles from a new supplier — especially cross-border — involves a degree of caution. This guide is designed to address that. Start small, verify everything, and scale with confidence.
Before your first order
Verify our company
Before any transaction, we encourage you to independently check our credentials. Our Transaction Verification page provides direct links to the Bulgarian Trade Registry, EU VIES, Creditreform, and our certification bodies. Every claim we make is verifiable.
Start with a pilot order
You do not need to commit to 50 vehicles on day one. Many of our long-term partners started with 1–3 units. A pilot transaction lets you evaluate our pricing, documentation quality, delivery speed, and communication — with minimal risk.
Prepare your documents
For KYC compliance, we will ask for: your company registration or trade registry extract, VAT registration certificate, and ID of the legal representative. This is standard practice and reciprocal — you should verify us too.
Your first transaction — step by step
Tell us what you need
Contact us with the brand, model, specification, quantity, and your target market. We respond with availability and pricing within 24 hours. No commitment required at this stage.
Review the pro-forma invoice
You receive a formal pro-forma invoice with complete vehicle details, VIN numbers (where available), pricing, delivery terms (Incoterms 2020), and payment instructions. Review it carefully. If anything is unclear, ask.
Payment and confirmation
Payment via bank transfer to Eurobank Bulgaria AD. Once payment is received, we confirm sourcing and provide an estimated delivery date. For your first order, payment is required before dispatch.
Delivery and inspection
Vehicles arrive door-to-door on our own transport fleet. You inspect the vehicles on arrival. All documentation (CoC, invoice, CMR) is handed over. Manufacturer warranty is fully valid.
Common questions from first-time buyers
What if there is a problem with the vehicle?
All vehicles are brand-new, zero-km, and covered by the full manufacturer warranty. In the unlikely event of transit damage, our €2M cargo insurance covers the shipment. Any issue is documented and resolved.
Can I visit before ordering?
Yes. You are welcome to visit our headquarters in Ruse (Bulgaria), our showroom near Bucharest (Romania), or arrange a video call with our team. We believe in face-to-face relationships.
What is the minimum order?
There is no strict minimum. We regularly supply from 1 vehicle upward. However, transport efficiency is optimised at 7–9 vehicles per full truckload.
